*Please inform us if this will be your first time having individual eyelash extensions done

 

*Please arrive to your eyelash extension appointment on time.

  First time guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to complete          necessary paperwork and a quick verbal consultation.

*Avoid spas, saunas, swimming,and tanning on the day of your lash appointment.

​

*Refrain from curling or perming your natural lashes prior to receiving your lash extensions.

​

* If you wear contact lens, we recommend removing them. If you wear eye glass on a daily

 basis we recommend bringing it.

 

*Late arrival will have less application of lash extensions due to limited length of time that is left between pre-booked appointment(s).

 

*Application time can vary depending on the "look" you are trying to achieve. Please block

at least 1.5-2 hours from your schedule for your initial application. On average a Classic full set can take up to 1.5 hours and 2 hours for Volume set.

 

*Please arrive without eye makeup including mascara. Waterproof mascara should be thoroughly removed 24 hours prior to application. Although we do have eye cleanser on hand, removing eye make is time consuming and will take away from your lash extension application time.

 

*Please refrain from  Caffeine/Stimulants , to prevent you from being still and relaxed during your appointment.

 

*Please no guest or children allow during application
